If you are an event organiser, convention bureau or a non-residential venue and you’re looking for a hotel booking solution, then we have a range of options available.

Here at Hotel Team we offer specialist accommodation booking services, plus additional support in the form of a venue finding service for events and event management if required.

All of our services can be utilised as stand alone options, or combined, it’s up to you, and we are happy to work with other suppliers if you already have them in place.

The most popular of these is a bespoke webpage (created free of charge by us to include your event logo and message), which displays your event venue as the central point, and listing live hotel availability as a map result for your guests to book.

The system is extremely user friendly, and offers a four click to book facility. What’s more, we can either load in your specially negotiated rates (which we will set up on your behalf) and have the very best live available rates displaying alongside, or you can chose simply to go with live availability ensuring low risk for yourself or organisation in terms of avoiding cancellation fees or being responsible for large block bookings.  All you need to do is simply email a link out with your joining instructions for guests to book directly with us.

If you would prefer us to set up an allocation or block booking of rooms, we would of course be delighted to do this on your behalf. We will manage all rooming lists and monitor allocation release dates, and advise and negotiate on terms and conditions for you.
